1. Why can’t I download game?
- Make sure you are connected to the Internet. Go to a major search engine (i.e. Google, Yahoo, etc.) to make sure you have a connection.

- If you have a firewall, please make sure to mark this download as safe

2. Why can’t I execute/run the game?
- Please download and install the software again. This sometimes fixes errors that can occur during the remote download.
- Please do not close the programs during the installation.
- Make sure your download 100% of the program and there was not any connection issues during the download.
3. Why was I kicked out during my game?
- Please check if you have sufficient credits.
- Please check if your internet is disconnected.
- If our system detects a log-in from same account and the same time, it will kick the first logged in account out.
4. Why can’t I browse the page correctly sometimes?
- The internet quality might be bad. Please select and change to play in an environment that has better internet quality.
5. Why can’t I log in to the website sometimes?
- Please check if your account name and password are correctly entered.
- If account name/password is wrongly entered for consecutive 3 times, our system will display “The account has been locked, please try to log in after 10 minutes.”
